National, reputable litigation law firm is seeking a legal administrative assistant to join their team in Culver City!
This role supports attorneys and office leadership by combining administrative coordination with basic litigation support. Key responsibilities include managing attorney calendars and scheduling, assisting with deposition notices and plaintiff deposition coordination, and handling expense reports for both the office and assigned attorneys.
The position also involves maintaining organized filing systems, transcripts, and office spaces (including supply rooms, conference rooms, and shared areas), overseeing office mail and logs, and coordinating monthly office activities such as food orders and celebrations.
Additionally, the assistant serves as a direct support partner to a lead attorney, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential.
